23-24 Bowling Club Information Bowling club will meet on the following Wednesdays: Jan. 31, Feb. 7, 14, 21, 28 Mar. 6, 13, 20 Apr. 3 Cost $20 activity fee & $81 for 18 games. Both of these fees must be paid as soon as students are notified that they are in bowling club. Membership Raffle In December, announcements are made directing students to see Mrs. Johnson for a permission form. Students have 1 week to fill out a permission form & return it to Mrs. Johnson. The next week, Mrs. Johnson will randomly pick 50 students from all the permission forms that were turned in. I will send notifications via Schoology to inform students whether they made it into the Bowling Club or not. Meeting All NEW members must attend a mandatory meeting on Wed., Jan 24th after school in the STEM lab. Students must get picked up @ Walker @ 3:50 in the front of the building. Spirit Wear Prior to the start of the Bowling Club, students will receive information about optional spirit wear. Parents are also welcome to purchase spirit wear if they desire. Transportation A bus will transport the students to Tinley Bowl at the end of the school day. Money Students may bring money to purchase food at the bowling alley. However, please note that outside food is not permitted inside the building. Cell Phone Students must keep their cell phones in their backpack. If a student must use their phone for any reason while they are bowling, they must let Mrs. Johnson know before they use their phone. Students can quickly use their phone when done bowling to remind their ride to pick them up. Getting Picked Up Students must get picked up at the bowling alley at 4:45. Please make sure you can arrange transportation for your child on bowling club days. The person that is picking a student(s) up must come into the bowling alley to sign them out.
