**Reassessment Guidelines**
Required Summative Reassessment:
Students are required to re-assess any summative that they receive a D or an F.  Students need to complete the reassessment checklist including getting a parent signature and completing corrections on their summative.  If students do not complete these requirements, then they will not be able to reassess.  The retake score will be recorded as the final grade.
Optional Summative Reassessment:
Students will be able to reassess one summative per quarter.  The student needs to speak with Miss Mittelstadt within two days of the summative being passed back.  Students need to complete the reassessment checklist including getting a parent signature and completing corrections on their summative.  If students do not complete these requirements, then they will not be able to reassess.  The retake score will be recorded as the final grade.
Formative Corrections:
Students that receive below a 70% on a formative assessment should complete corrections in order to be prepared for the summative assessment.  If students receive higher than a 70% and they want to complete corrections on a formative, then they need to speak with Miss Mittelstadt.
