Please make time each day for your child to read. It would be great if he/she read for at least 20 minutes a day. This can include someone taking turns reading with him/her, reading aloud, or reading independently. Thank you so much!
Students have started using a new typing program in school: Typing.com.
This program is free, and it can be used at home too.
Note: As the weather is changing, please remember to dress appropriately. Students will be going outside for recess.
It is always a good idea to have a sweatshirt or sweater available for the classrooms.

Correcting sentences with spelling errors
Writing sentences: capitals, periods, spelling, spacing, subject/verb agreement
Test Thursday: Students need to practice daily, checking for ability to read the words and spell them. This week we will be working on words that add suffixes.
