Registration Open for SHEF Family Bingo Night

The Summit Hill Educational Foundation (SHEF) will host its annual Family Bingo Night on Friday, February 28, at Summit Hill Junior High. Doors will open at 5pm and bingo games will begin at 6pm. The evening will include eight Bingo games, raffle baskets, a 50/50 split the pot raffle, and concessions.

Details for the evening are as follows:

  • Please pre-register by February 24. Walk-up registration will be available, pending space.
  • Pre-registration is highly encouraged, as the event has sold out the past two years!
  • Cost is $10 per adult (18 and up) - children are FREE with a paying adult.
  • Adult tickets include eight bingo game cards - no cards for children. 
  • Extra bingo game cards can be purchased for $5 for eight cards. 
  • Raffle basket tickets are $5 each. 
  • Credit cards will be accepted the night of the event for walk-up registration, extra bingo game cards, and basket raffle tickets. A processing fee will be assessed when using a credit card at the event only.
  • 50/50 Split-the-Pot and concession stand items will be CASH ONLY.

What is SHEF?

SHEF is a not-for-profit organization that serves students in Summit Hill School District 161. Our small group of passionate parents, community members, and school liaisons work together to provide different community events and fundraisers that directly benefit the students and staff within our district. Since 2006, we have raised over one million dollars in donations and received technology grants to help make improvements throughout our district schools.
